FOOD: IAMBK & Paving Great Futures Food Distribution
Paving Great Futures and I Am My Brother's Keeper (IAMBK) have partnered to host food distributions during the pandemic in Southeast San Diego. Each distribution ensures approximately 2000 people do not go hungry.
Volunteers help by bagging fruit and vegetables, carrying and moving bags, filling boxes with fruit, and moving boxes to tables. At the end of the shift volunteers help load leftover boxes for recycling and leftover items into their truck.
Opportunity Requirements & Important Notes

Attire: Wear clothes that can get dirty. Closed-toe shoes are required. If you wear shorts, they must be at least knee-length.

Physical Requirements: Light lifting, light bending, standing for the duration of the shift

Safety: All volunteers must wear a mask that covers their mouth and nose at all times. All volunteers will have their temperature check upon check-in.
