Terri Gentry, a 30-year professional in the hospitality industry just moved here to San Diego last April from Aspen, Colorado.
She has been involved with non-profits organizing their fundraising galas for Beckstrand Cancer and Birth Choice in Newport Beach, Park City Performing Arts in Park City, Utah and Aspen Theatre to name a few. In the past year she has worked with the San Diego Zoo on “Putting on the R.I.T.Z.” one of the largest and most influential fundraisers in the city as well as The Old Globe.
When she discovered HandsOn San Diego she was thrilled as it gave her the opportunity to pick and choose projects based on her schedule. Her passion is working with the homeless so she spends a good deal of her time volunteering at Father Joe’s. She is looking forward to being a part of the Advisory Board and making what is already a great organization even better.
