We have several ways that our business community members can get involved:
Custom Volunteer Projects

These projects are generally one-time or annual projects taken on by teams to volunteer together.

Projects range from beautifying a park to packing hygiene kits at a conference. We work with you to find a project that will help foster teamwork and make a positive sustainable impact on our community.
Organization Sponsorships

Becoming a sponsor will give your company access to our network of over 31k civically engaged do-gooders and the community based organizations we partner with.

You will help expand volunteerism community by making it easier for low-income families, military families, students, and service groups to volunteers. You will gain visibility amongst our dedicated volunteers through social media posts, newsletter spotlights, and other outreach channels.
Event Sponsorships

VolunBEERS is our fundraising event where you have the opportunity to support HOSD and give back to our local community through volunteer service, while enjoying the best beer San Diego has to offer! It’s a fun and social way to work together to benefit a local cause.

Each year, HOSD hosts an annual volunteer appreciation event called VolunCHEERS. We invite our nonprofit partners to nominate an exemplary volunteer to be recognized and invite our volunteer leaders, committee members, and donors to show our appreciation.
