Help Kitchens for Good process and sort their weekly donation from Specialty Produce's food rescue program. Sort, clean, and weigh produce with them!
Kitchens for Good bridges the gap between wasted food and hunger by rescuing surplus and cosmetically imperfect food from wholesalers and farmers and engaging students in a culinary apprenticeship program to transform these ingredients into nutritious meals for hungry families.
Required Attire: Closed-toe shoes and clothing you don't getting dirty.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 40+ lbs
Age Minimum (with Adult): 16+, Minimum Age:16+, Court Ordered Volunteer - Allowed
