Corportate & Special Projects Volunteer

Allison Woodworth

A two time AmeriCorps alum, Allison drank the community service Kool-Aid in 2011 and hasn't looked back. Aside from a passion for engaged citizenship, AmeriCorps left her with a Dunkin Donuts blueberry-french vanilla coffee addiction, library cards from four cities, and an extended AmeriFamily spread across the country.

After graduating from FEMA-Corps, Allison went back to school to pursue an Urban Studies degree with a minor in American Sign Language and rooting for the Padres in enemy territory. While there she was involved with community justice programs around homelessness and juvenile justice.

She is currently a transportation planner by day and a professional "Three Little Pigs" storyteller on Friday and Saturday date-nights. She is dedicated to living, working, and serving in her community with "spirit, discipline, purpose, and pride."
