Casilda Pagan, a Certified Volunteer Administrator, firmly believes in supporting volunteerism to drive effective community impact and change. This belief has led her to a long and varied career as an advocate and volunteer engagement strategist in the nonprofit sector. Her past positions have included leadership in higher education, public policy, arts and culture, and social services. Currently, she works for San Diego State University as the Assistant Director of Alumni Engagement.
