FOOD: Provide and Serve Dinner

Welcome Solutions for Change's newest families during their time staying at the Intake and Access Center (IAC) by providing and serving dinner! You will not only be providing essential food for these previously homeless families, but also you'll be helping create a supportive community for them.

Here is the process for getting involved: 

1. Sign up for a date to host dinner on Solutions for Change's Volunteer Calendar.

2. Solutions for Change will email you the week prior to your date with the number of residents who will need dinner and additional information.

3. Arrive at to the IAC at 5pm with dinner on your date or send food via a delivery service. Stay to serve the meal and get to know each family or just drop it off with the staff on duty. *Food must be prepared in a licensed kitchen (ex. pizza, rotisserie chicken, take out).

You can serve dinner in 1 of 3 ways:

1. In person while following the new safety precautions listed here

2. Driving through and dropping off dinner at the IAC

3. Sending a food delivery order to the IAC
