SPECIAL EVENT: VolunBEERS
Join HandsOn San Diego on Tuesday, July 14, for our summer VolunBEERS! Our July VolunBEERS is dedicated to supporting elementary students with back to school supplies.
In addition to our project, we will be hosting a back to school drive and are requesting new items such as writing materials, backpacks, pencil pouches, and anything else school-related.
We're also excited to share that another silent auction will be taking place. Please note that individuals must be at VolunBEERS to place their bids. Space and supplies are limited, so we recommend buying your tickets early.
Generous support from the San Diego community helps HandsOn San Diego support over 100 San Diego schools, parks and nonprofits. We would appreciate it if you would consider donating and joining us for VolunBEERS, where you have the opportunity to support our organization. Help give back to our local community through volunteer service while enjoying the best beer San Diego has to offer!
General admission is $25 for the Thumbs Up ticket which includes project supplies + one non-alcoholic beverage. Drink deals are $30 for the High Five ticket which includes project supplies + one pint, or $50 for the Handshake ticket which includes project supplies + up to three pints.
Can't make this event but still want to make an impact? Consider making a $100 donation instead! HandsOn San Diego is funded primarily through donations and corporate sponsors and is fiscally sponsored by Mission Edge San Diego, a 501(c)(3) organization. Your donations help us continue our mission to strengthen communities through volunteer action. Because we believe that when individuals are actively engaged, communities are stronger.
Project Requirements & Important Notes

Membership: If you cannot afford our membership fee at this time, you can waive the fee during registration.

Attire: Casual. Volunteers are encouraged to wear green in celebration of St. Patrick's Day! This event takes place indoors and outdoors.

Court-Ordered: This event is not a court-ordered appropriate project. Court-ordered volunteers cannot sign up for this project and will not have their hours verified if they do attend.
