ECO: Plant Native Plants in Paradise Canyon
Paradise Canyon is a 45-acre open space canyon in the Skyline-Paradise Hills community. Volunteers will be introducing native plants back to their natural habitat and removing invasive plant species. The new native plants will reduce greenhouse gases by converting carbon dioxide to oxygen. Removing the invasive plant species will help the native plants flourish.
Volunteers tasks will include: habitat restoration, planting, weeding, watering, and trail maintenance.
