ECO: Plant Trees for Arbor Day
The City of San Diego's Urban Forestry Program invites you to celebrate trees at their 2024 Arbor Day event by planting 100 new trees! Put your stamp on our community and beautify Memorial Community Park in Logan Heights.
Volunteers will be performing various duties that could include: assisting maintenance crews with planting trees, light digging to prep ground for the tree, spreading mulch after the tree is planted, and disposing of bins, plastics, or other debris. Holes for trees will be pre-dug so the ground is easier to dig.
