New Team Leader Training
We aim to connect a Team Leader to each of HandsOn San Diego's projects to ensure a successful, well-managed project. Team Leaders are dedicated volunteers who combine their passion for a cause with their leadership skills. They manage volunteers at projects and act as a liaison between HandsOn San Diego and our project partners.
During the Team Leader Training you will learn background information about HandsOn San Diego, the services we offer, and the role and best practices for Team Leaders. At the end you'll also have the opportunity to be matched with a project that fits your schedule and interests. For a list of projects needing Team Leaders, click here.
Team Leaders are a vital part of our organization, we look forward to you joining our team here at HandsOn San Diego.
