Opportunities for Leadership

HandsOn San Diego gives experienced volunteers leadership training and the opportunity to put their skills to work as a Team Leader.

Team Leaders:

• Act as a liaison between HandsOn San Diego and the organization where the project occurs.
• Ensure the project runs smoothly.
• Respond to volunteer questions about their project.
• Greet volunteers and sign them in as they arrive.
• Verify attendance and report impact measurements after the project.
• Gain valuable leadership and management experience and are offered supplemental training. 
• Multipy their impact as a volunteer by leading others.
